Allison Rector, MPT founder of ProActive Alliance
, is a board certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).
Her interests include biomechanical and movement dysfunction patters which may be developmental, chronic or traumatic in nature. These dysfunction patterns are often seen in children and adolescents with growth related changes and in older adults associated with the aging process.
Elizabeth Cobos-Tarin MPT, DPT, c/NDT
Elizabeth was raised in El Paso, Texas and moved to Colorado Springs in 2004. She received a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies followed by a Master in Health Science Physical Therapy at the University of Texas at El Paso. Elizabeth completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the A.T. Still University Health Sciences in Arizona. She has over 10 years of experience as a pediatric therapist and has a passion for her work and welcomes new challenges. She loves treating more complex patients and helping improve their function. She has experience with a broad range of neurological diagnoses mostly with the age group of birth to 12 years of age. Elizabeth is a certified Neurodevelopment Specialist (NDT), is trained in Ponseti technique for the treatment of clubfoot and has attended many continuing education courses in different areas of care for the pediatric population. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
