Joint Stabilization Programs

The ability to stabilize one’s joints is integral in order to prevent asymmetric degradation through the aging process. In order to prevent joints from wearing out it is imperative that the muscles that cross the joints pull equally in all directions.

At ProActive we work to identify weakness and imbalances in muscles in order to restore optimal alignment. This is not only through strengthening but incorporating balance exercises to help with improving reaction time so that the joint doesn’t fail when challenged on uneven and slippery surfaces.
